Our electronics workshop services and repairs every product we sell to ensure they perform to an optimal standard and to get you back up and running as soon as possible at the minimal cost.

At EMC, we have a highly experienced, trained, and qualified team of Service Technicians. Each member of that team is experienced in providing ongoing support and services to our customers in a range of industries. This includes the water/wastewater industry, the food & beverage industry, the primary industry, and more.

We provide ongoing support for all the products that we supply, including those manufactured by us as well as by other manufacturers like Endress+Hauser. We also offer a flow meter calibration service for the verification of flowmeters. We also hold spare parts in stock.

Maintenance and Repair

We provide service to our North Island customers from our head office in Auckland and we have a branch in Christchurch to service the South Island.

Important: Returning Items for Repair

If you want to return any items to us for repair please contact our Service Coordinator and complete a Goods Return Form. This includes essential details, as well as a Hazardous Material and Contamination declaration. Unless otherwise requested, all repair items need to be sent to our Auckland workshop.
