EMC Weigh
Feeders
EMC Weigh Feeders are used to control bulk material
flowrate along a conveyor belt at a desired, user selectable rate.
Applications are many and include precise controlled mixing
of materials; controlling product percentages for continuous blending; ensuring continuous
accurate supply to processes such as kilns, grinding mills, crushers, etc; feeding of
aggregates, sand, powders, foods, wool, etc and providing constant material flow for
optimal production.
Fully enclosed versions and stainless steel construction is
available for food applications or where dust control is essential.

ModWeigh Weigh Feeder Processor
The
EMC ModWeigh Weigh Feeder Processor is
used to
measure and control the flowrate (tonnes per hour) of material carried by a belt
conveyor.
It measures the belt loading and belt speed
and calculates the material flowrate which it controls by varying the belt
speed.
